Investment in a mixed use- development, vertically configured, designates the ground floor for a single commercial unit, while the upper floors accommodate single residential spaces.

Situated within a conservation area, the unlisted building, constructed in 1848, posed unique challenges and opportunities for our team. The project necessitated the subdivision of floors to establish two distinct commercial units on the ground level, with two residential properties situated above.

Named Temperance House, this project marks a significant milestone for D4G, expanding our portfolio to encompass both commercial and residential leases.
