In November 2021, plans were submitted for a proposed roof extension to replace the existing sliding hatch, to prove access to the roof terrace.

The design was inspired by the historic Belvedere that once stood in the same location which succumbed to the harsh coastal conditions over the years.

The proposal aims to preserve and enhance the conservation area by introducing a stylish glazed and seamed zinc structure.

This modern adaptation will flood the second-floor apartment with natural light, aligning with the developer's vision.
