At the end of 2023, D4G acquired a neighbouring property to Temperance House, prime for redevelopment.

The rear section of the building, has been derelict for a decade, despite its varied commercial uses over the years, necessitates require the renovation of both the internal and external space.


The proposed plan aims to transform the area into three independent open-plan interconnected offices, each with access to communal facilities such as toilets and a kitchen.

The project represents an exciting opportunity to revitalise a neglected building, bringing it back to life and contributing to the ongoing rejuvenation of the area surrounding Temperance House.
